Q: How do I place an order?
Our professional staff is available to assist customers Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. On Saturday and Sunday emergency contacts are available via our phone system. Orders may be faxed to (905)851-2103 in Toronto or (604)433-2021 in Vancouver. You may also email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org in Toronto or email@example.com in Vancouver. Please include order date, products required, location and onsite contact.
Q: What is your change policy?
Changes to orders, both additions and reductions, can be made at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Reductions after that time may be subject to a restocking fee. Additions after that time cannot be guaranteed.
