Q:    What is Chair Decors Location and Hours?

Chair Decor is located at 99 Rowntree Dairy Road, Woodbridge Ontario. Our hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday as well as on Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Q:    What Products does Chair Decor Rent?

Though the name of the company is Chair Decor, we do more than just that. We rent out chairs, chair covers, bows and other chair accessories. We rent out linen, of multiple sizes as well as overlays. We also rent napkins, chargers, cutlery and many more items!

Q:    How Do I Place an Order?

Our professional staff is available to assist customers Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  On Saturday and Sunday emergency contacts are available via our phone system.  Orders may be faxed to (905)851-2103 in Toronto. You may also email your order to info@chairdecor.com.  Please include order date, products required, location and onsite contact.

Q:    When I Book the Showroom, how long can I use it for?

Showroom is used for our clients as well as event planner and other hosts clients. The room is typically used for an hour, but with extra notice we have more flexibility. If you would like to extend your time, feel free to contact us and let us know.

Q:    What is Your Change Policy?

Changes to orders, both additions and reductions, can be made at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.  Reductions after that time may be subject to a restocking fee.  Additions after that time cannot be guaranteed.
